Just wondering if anyone has the recipe for Grapenut pudding

I found a couple鈥nd then some! 
I鈥檓 including 2 that I found and then a link to a page that has many different recipes for Grapenut Pudding!

Grapenut Pudding
脗路 1 cup grapenuts
脗路 scant 1/2 cup sugar
脗路 4 eggs
脗路 1 quart milk, scalded
脗路 1 tablespoon vanilla
脗路 dash of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour scalded milk over grapenuts and let sit 5 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add to milk and grapenuts. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle very generously with nutmeg. Set in a pan of hot water and bake until a knife inserted 1 inch from the center comes out clean.
Grapenut Pudding
3/4 cup grape nuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
In bowl, mix the cereal with the melted butter. In separate bowl, beat the eggs and then beat the sugar into this. Add the cereal mixture and the rest of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 1 quart baking casserole. Place this casserole into a large pan of hot water and bake for 30 minutes. At the end of the 1/2 hour, stir . Bake for 20 minutes more, or until an inserted butter knife in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream
