Looking For A Recipe For Strawberry Ruhbarb Pie.

:stuck_out_tongue: Would there be anyone that has a recipe for an old style Strawberry Ruhbarb Pie. Its a pie that my grandMother aways made when ruhbarb and strawberrys were in abundance.

Crust for 2 crust pie
4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces
1 TB quick cooking tapioca pearls
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

In a bowl add rhubarb, sugar and flour and toss lightly; let set for 10 minutes. 

Sprinkle tapioca over bottom crust and add rhubarb mixture. 

Add frozen strawberries spreading evenly over rhubarb mixture. 

Dot opening in top. Bake at 450 degrees F., for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 375 degrees F., and bake 20 or 25 minutes until golden brown.	
Yield:  8 servings.

1 1/4c. sugar
1/3c.flour
2c. fresh strawberries cut in half if there big in quarters
2c. 1inch pieces fresh ruhbarb
2T.butter or margarine
1T.sugar

combine sugar & flour. Arrange half of strawberries & ruhbarb in pastry lined 9in. pie pan. Sprinkle w/ half of sugar mixture, repeat w/ remaining fruit & sugar mixture. Dot w/ butter. top the pie w/ pastry & w/cold water & cotton ball moisten the top of the pie & sprinkle w/ 1T sugar. bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 40 - 50 min. till golden brown.
