I’m looking for Los Cuco’s Mexican Restaurant’s recipe for Grilled Snapper. I have asked the wait staff what is in the sauce and all they can tell me is “butter & wine”. My family was in from Missouri & Nebraska this past weekend & we took them to the Los Cucos on 249 in Houston. We had the Grilled Snapper and they loved it!!! Now they are asking me if I can get them the recipe since they can’t go to the neighborhood Los Cucos so, I thought I would try to find the recipe and send it to them
