Low Carb Cheesecake with Hazlenut Crust (Posted by b-man 8/20/05)
Made this for a church function and it was pretty well received. I didn’t have the whey protein called for so used vanilla flavored protein powder instead. Still came out good. While not as good as a “full fat/regular” cheesecake, it ain’t bad. This came in handy as a lot of our older folks are diabetics and need to really watch their carbs. Its a keeper!!! If you are watching those carbs, try it, you’ll like it.
