Low-Fat Strawberry-Lime Salad
1 package lime Jello (3 ounces)
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip Free
1 package strawberry Jello (3 ounces)
1 small package frozen strawberries
Prepare the lime Jello according to package directions. Chill lime
Jello until slightly thickened. Fold in the drained pineapple. Pour
Jello mixture into a 8 inch square pan; chill until firm.
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise to softened cream cheese. Mix with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or until creamy. Fold Cool Whip topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture over molded gelatin layer; chill until firm.
Meanwhile, prepare strawberry Jello according to package directions; chill until slightly thickened. Add thawed strawberries to strawberry Jello; stir to mix. Chill strawberry mixture until partially set. Spread strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Chill until firm.
