Low Sodium Broccoli Casserole

2 Cups broccoli florets, blanched
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 Cup Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
3 Tbsp milk
onion powder

Spray casserole dish and put in blanched broccoli. Add chopped tomato and toss. Sprinkle with cheese and onion powder. Mix eggs with milk and pour over vegetables. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 35-45 minutes till golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
