lunch and dinner today

Since there is leftover pork from yesterday, today I am shredding it and heating it with BBQ sauce and honey, and a splash of hot sauce. Serving on thick sliced crusty Italian bread. Also green salad - iceberg, spinach, purple cabbage, shredded carrot, white onion, cukes, tomatoes, pepperoncini with a dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, cracked pepper, basil. A satisfying lunch.

Tonite’s dinner:

Cube steaks, fried in olive oil, lots of garlic, salt, pepper, parsely. Fried onions and mushrooms.

Baked potatoes with sour cream.

Whole kernel corn.

Thick sliced Italian bread, buttered and toasted in the oven with finely minced garlic.

Tonight is fried chicken gizzards and hearts night
served with sweet peas and egg noodles smothered in cream of mushroom soup
