Lunch & Dinner

Lunch today:

Ham and Swiss Cheese sandwich with Bourbon Mustard (recipe provided by Kitchen Witch yesterday) and chips.

Dinner tonite:

Fettuchini Alfredo - Garlic Bread - Salad

Fettuchini Alfredo (my recipe)

1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta - Cooked, Drained (I prefer Angel Hair)
1 cup Parmeasan Cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 cup heavy cream (room temp)
1/2 cup noodle water (save while draining noodles)
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste

Boil noodles until done. Set aside some of the water. To noodles add 1/3 of the butter, 1/3 of the cheese, and 1/3 of the cream. Add several tablespoons water. Add garlic salt and pepper. Mix gently until all remaining ingredients are added. Serve in a warmed bowl.
