MACARONI AND CHEESE

MACARONI AND CHEESE

5 c. cooked macaroni (approx 4 cups uncooked)
5 T. butter
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook the macaroni until done - do not overcook; drain. Place macaroni, butter, salt, pepper, milk, mozzarella cheese, and 3 c. cheddar cheese in casserole dish. Mix eggs in a bowl first and then stir into mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes at 350* F. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
