Macaroni and Cheese

1 1/2 c macaroni
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp mustard
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp butter
1 2/3 c milk
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni and set aside. Melt butter in large saucepan. Mix in flour. Stir in milk until it boils and thickens. Add mustard, cheese and onions. Stir to melt cheese. Pour sauce into casserole dish over cooked macaroni. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes at 350. :slight_smile:
