Magnolia Inn Cheese Rolls with Pecans
Ingredients:
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pound cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup finely ground pecans
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika
In a large bowl, soften cheeses at room temperature. Beat together
until fluffy. Beat in the garlic powder and pecans. Divide the mixture
and roll into 4 inch rolls. Let stand until dry. Cover each roll with
mixture of curry and paprika. Serve with crackers. Can be frozen.
