Making a Pork Tenderloin for Valentine's Day Dinner

:confused:Hello everyone. I’m new to this site. I have decided to do cook for Valentine’s Day instead of going out this year. So far I’ve decided to make a peppercorn and garlic seasoned pork tenderloin. I’m completely at a loss as to what sides to make to complement the meal. I also would like to buy a bottle of wine to complement the entire meal and again, I am at a complete loss. I know little to nothing about wine and pairing it with food. I could probably count on one hand how many types of wine i’ve drank in my lifetime… PLEASE HELP!!!:confused:

I would make an apple compote to serve with the pork, a green salad and maybe orzo. When you decide on your menu go to a reputable wine merchant and they can help you to pair a wine with the food.
