Mallow Run Winery’s White Chicken Chili

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
48 ounces chicken broth
2 4-ounce cans diced green chilies
2 15-ounce cans great northern or cannellini beans
1 to 2 cans whole kernel corn
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large slow-cooker and cook on high for four hours or on low for eight hours.

  2. Top with shredded cheddar, sour cream, tortilla chips, sliced jalapenos or guacamole, if desired.
