Mama b's pasta

Fresh cherry, grape or roma tomatoes
as much garlic as you like
olive oil
mozzarella cheese
any pasta
fresh basil

halve tomatoes, and mince garlic and basil. In large skillet heat olive oil just a little or a lot and add tomatoes, garlic and basil and simmer until garlic is tender and tomatoes are cooked. Toss with hot cooked pasta and mozzarella cut into chunks. My family loves this and it’s quick and easy.
