Manderin Orange Cake

1 package yellow cake mix (without pudding in mix)
11 ounce can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

8 ounce cool Whip
8 ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
3 ounce package vanilla instant pudding

PREHEAT oven to 350. GREASE and FLOUR 9x13 pan.

BEAT cake ingredients in large bowl with hand mixer on LOW for 30 seconds,
then MEDIUM for 2 minutes. POUR into pan.

BAKE for 30 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. COOL
completely before frosting.

MIX together topping ingredients in small bowl using rubber spatula. SPREAD
over cooled cake.
