Margarita Chicken

1 qt. bottle margarita mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons garlic powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine margarita mix, juices and garlic powder in large skillet. Add
chicken and simmer over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes until margarita
mix has become a light glaze and chicken is fully cooked.

Serves 4

Sounds great for this winter. Too hot to cook inside right now. A/C costs a fortune. I have a similar recipe that is the same as above except for 1/4 cup tequila is used instead of marg mix and chicken breast tenderloins are marinated, skewered and grilled.
