Marinade, Beef or Chicken

Nancy’s Marinade for Beef or Chicken
¾ cups canola oil
3 tablespoonful honey
1 ½ teaspoonful garlic powder
½ cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoonful white vinegar
2-3 tablespoonful minced onion flakes

Mix above ingredients together and pour over chicken or steak in a ziplock bag. Marinate for several hours. You may store any unused marinade in a jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Grill 10 to 12 minutes (or until done) on medium, heat brushing with reserved marinade from bag.
