Marinated Olives

Marinated Olives

Serves approx 30

8 oz each of unpitted black and green olives
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 small sprigs each of fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano
4 small fresh bay leaves
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
2 lemon slices, quartered

Simply mix everything together, cover and set aside for 3-4 hours before serving.
