MAURICE SALAD
Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce
1/2 cup turkey - cut into strips
1/2 cup ham - cut into strips
4 T. relish
1 tomato, pulp removed
Dressing
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
4 T. tarragon vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup oil
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Combine all and pour over salad.
