Meat Loaf with Mushroom Sauce

1 [10-ounce / 285-mL] can cream of mushroom and onion soup concentrate 2 pounds[900 g] ground beef 1/3 cup [80 mL] dry breadcrumbs 1/4 cup [60 mL] ketchup 2 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt 1/3 cup [80 mL] water Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]. Well mix together 1 cup [125 mL] of soup concentrate with all the other ingredients except the water. Firmly press mixture into an 8-cup [2-L] bread pan. Bake into preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Drain melted liquid; set meat loaf aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix then heat together remaining soup concentrate and water until really hot. Slice and serve meat loaf, coated with hot mushroom sauce.
