Meatball vegetable soup - 100 year old recipe

Get two lbs 15% meat and put some rice in it. Then add tomatoes from a can or 2 cans and put water and beef stock in it - then make the meat balls and don’t make them very big because they swell during the cooking process.

Then add carrots, celery, whatever your heart desires, in the soup. I use a big pot because it is so very good. You can put lima beans in or zucchini, or corn, or mushrooms, or all of the above.

It is a great soup and I hope someone will try it.

Do you measure anything besides knowing how much meat you use and do you use ground chuck?
What size cans of vegetables I need to know more to make it?
