Mexican Barbecued Chicken and Fiesta Salad

1/2 c. mayonnaise 3 T. lime juice 1 envelope taco seasoning
8 boneless skinless chicken breast
In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, lime juice and taco seasoning until smooth. Place chicken on grill over med. coals. Sear on one side turn and brush with sauce. Grill uncovered for 6 minutes, turn and brush with sauce. Grill another 6 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

1 c. mayonnaise 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained 1 T. chili powder 1 T. lime juice 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. tabasco 3 1/2 c. cooked rice, chilled 1 green onion, sliced 1 tomato, chopped 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 avocado, peeled and sliced lettuce leaves tortilla chips1/4 c. sliced black olives
In a bowl combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in rice , onion, and green pepper. Serve on a lettuce lined platter, top with tomato, avacodo, olives and chips.
