4 cups fat-free milk
3 cinnamon sticks (3")
5 oz. 53% cacao dark baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a large saucepan heat the milk and cinnamon sticks over medium heat until bubbly form around the sides of the pan.
Discard the cinnamon. Whisk in the chocolate until smooth.
Remove from the heat stir in the vanilla. Serve in mugs with additional cinnamon sticks if desired.
