Mexican Style Short Ribs

MEXICAN STYLE SHORT RIBS

3 to 4 lbs. beef short ribs
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef consumme
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

In large skillet or crockpot with browning unit, brown short ribs; pour off excess fat. Combine cosumme with dry taco mix; add green pepper. In crockpot, pour sauce over ribs. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours.
