Mexican Taco Squares

2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 - 16 ounce can of refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup seeded, chopped tomato
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in casserole dish (15x10). Press dough up about 1 inch on sides. Make sure perforations are sealed. Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees. Allow to cool completely.

Spread beans over crust. In small bowl mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over beans. Sprinkle each of the remaining ingredients over the top, one at a time. Refrigerate, covered. Cut into squares when ready to serve.
