2- Jars of mincemeat
Make up our own pasty dought
1/4-3/4 cups of brandy
I a large bowl empty the micemeat into the large bowl and the brany if you like more put in the 3/4 cup. Stir well. And cover with a cloth.
lets it sit 2-3hrs over night.
Make up or dought and cut out it to fit our tart and fill 3/4 the way up with mincemeat .put top on them and bake till they are a nice golden drown about 30mins.
They turn out better then the brandy that is in the mincemeat already in the jar.
