Mint-chocolate Pie


1 chocolate flavored ready crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
3/4 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 T. butter or margarine
3 sq. semisweet chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Fresh mint for garnish - OPTIONAL

Spread softened ice cream in crust. Freeze 2 hours.

In saucepan, combine sugar, butter, chocolate and milk. Heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool. Drizzle over cut sevings of pie.

Garnish, if desired.
