Mock Beef Stroganoff

I love things like beef stroganoff, philly cheesesteak sandwiches, etc. just makes my day and so I thought I’d share a recipe with you all that I came up with because it’s a time saver but tastes like the real thing! Hope ya like!

Mock Beef Stroganoff

1-2 lbs ground beef
1-1/2 yellow onioin(s), chopped
1 can beef broth
1-2 cans Campbell’s Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1-2 T A-1 Steak sauce (secret ingredient)
(it’s that important! )
2 t garlic powder or to taste (more is better)
Fresh ground pepper to taste (use lots!)

Cook burger and onion, garlic powder
and pepper, on high heat turning often
till burger is browned through and cooked
well, draining off grease as often as nedded.
At least three times before adding soup.
Reduse heat to low. Add soup, stirring well
and enough broth to thin out some being
careful not to make it soupy. Add steak
sauce, stir till flavored through and taste and
adjust seasoning. Add a huge dollop of
sour cream, stirring until you have a
creamy consistancy. Serve immediately
over cooked rice, or mashed or oven crisp
potatatoes. Enjoy! 8)

Thanks dreamin_cowgirl for your recipe, it sounds good and it looks like a quick fix after work too!.
