Moist Cornbread


3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1 pkg. (15 oz.) cornbread mix

Beat eggs in medium bowl; beat in milk, butter and cornbread mix. Pour into greased 8-cup baking dish or springform pan.

Place in crockpot and cover with paper towels.

Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hours.
