Mushroom Beef and Rice Casserole

1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can chicken w/rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
Seasonings
1 lb. ground meat
1 cup diced union
1 cup diced celery

Preheat/bake Oven 350F.

Cook beef, pepper, celery, onion and seasonings
until browned. Combine soups and rice in separate saucepan; simmer for 25 minutes. Mix ingredients together in large, greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

We make something very similar at my house from time to time. It’s pretty good. Easy too.
