Great post, Aline. I made the pot roast for dinner this evening. I added a small onion, chopped, along with the soup and water after I browned the meat. The meat came out tender and scrumptious and the gravy was excellent. I didn’t even bother thickening the gravy because it was thick enough.It’s a great comfort food. Thanks for the recipe.
