When it comes to making your own steak sauce, for me its all about imagination.
I start by opening the fridge, and then pull out about 5-10 things i think are great on their own. This includes tobasco, a1, peter luger, worchester, ketchup, etc…
Here is where the magic happens… You get a big cup, and start adding what you think might be an appropriate ratio of each sauce. Then, add some Mrs. Dash seasoning, some salt and pepper, mix it up, and you got a kick ass sauce.
Oh, and if anyone dares to try and make that killer sauce i mentioned, id love to hear what you added.
