My Stuffed Fresh Tomatoes

Stuffed Fresh Tomatoes

4 tomatoes, fresh & ripe
1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles
1/3 cup real bacon bits
½ cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup steak sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
½ tsp dill weed

Cut tops from tomatoes and scoop out seeds. Cut off a small portion from the bottoms so they stand upright. Lightly mix rest of ingredients except bleu cheese. Fill tomatoes with mixture and top with bleu cheese crumbles and bacon bits. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
