Mystery Dessert

1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1(8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip from large size container
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 small pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
Bitter chocolate for garnish

Mix together margarine, flour and nuts. Press into 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350F for about 15 mins. Watch closely! Cool.
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and confectioners’ sugar. Mix until smooth and spread gently over crust.
Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover pudding with remaining Cool Whip and grate bitter chocolate over top. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Delicious!
