Need help with spice blend recipe - PLEASE!

I have a recipe problem, but I don’t know what to do, and I thought you might just know. There is a spice blend that I have purchased in Germany called Grill Wurz from the Aldi store. This is a barbecue spice, but it is the store brand, and is not available outside of Germany or on the internet.

Is there somewhere that I can send a sample of this to that would analyze it so that I can make my own spice blend at home?

I really hope you can help me! Please send me information on what to do!

Thank you so very much!

To McKenzie, there is a spice company named Penzys. I believe they originate
from the Northern part of the states, maybe Wisconsin. They have a website,
you might try them and see if they can analyze it, have they ever heard of it etc.
Penzys.com, might be worth a try.

I tried Penzy’s but they don’t analyze things for customers…does anyone else have any ideas? I’ve been working on this for a very long time now, but am having no success…

Here is a list of the ingredients. You can play around with the amounts. The first listed is the greatest quantity and so on.

Spices (coriander, paprika, pepper, garlic, onions, thyme, rosemary), salt, dextrose, flavor enhancer, monosodium glutamate, seasoning, sugar, vegetable. Fett gehärtet. Hardened fat.

Try Texas Custom Spice Company they can probably do it.
