I am the owner of a local tavern and plan to serve food at 1:00 a.m. at our New Years Eve party. I am having ham and would like some advise on how I can cook the ham the day before and then reheat it on low for several hours the night of, without drying it out.
All hams are precooked, unless its a ‘Country Ham’. Try searching ‘Country Ham’ in the search feature above if it is. Otherwise, heating on low for several hours is all ya’ need to heat it.
