need pancake recipe

Hi- does anyone have a good recipe for cinnamon pancakes? I love the ones that are from Bob Evan’s- but can never make them taste quite the same. Thanks so much
Amy

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
(2 servings)

1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup vanilla soy milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. apple sauce
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla soy milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Mix in the ground cinnamon, apple sauce, and pure vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour about 1/2 cup(if you like big thick pancakes)on to hot, oiled griddle. In about 2 minutes bubbles will appear on the upper surface of the pancake, flip the pancake with spatula. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Tastes great served with maple or fruit syrup.

Have you also put vanilla in your recipe that you have been trying? I use the Bisquick recipe on box and then add ingredients like vanilla, banana’s and a touch of brown sugar.

Bob’s (I used to work there) uses special cinnamon chips in their pancakes, which I have nevver seen in stores. They are not like baking chips.
