Need to replace seltzer water in a fried veggie recipe

I’m making Tempura Broccoli Florets.
Calls for seltzer water and I don’t know what to use to replace it.
I am not walking back in a grocery store this week! lol

The seltzer gives you a lighter batter, but ice water is the next best thing.

I would try beer, maybe. Something bubbly but not sweet.
