Needed - Chick-fil-a chicken nugget recipe

My daughter loves chick-fil-a chicken nuggests. Anyone have the recipe?

Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich

Servings: 1

3 Cups Peanut oil
1 Egg
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
2-1/2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Skinless,boneless chicken>>>
4 Plain hamburger buns
2 Tablespoons Melted butter
8 Dill pickle chips/slices

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker over med. heat to about 400 F. 2) In small bowl, beat egg and stir in milk. 3) In separate bowl, combine dry ingreds.-mix well. 4) Dip each piece of chicken in milk until it is fully moistened. 5) Roll moistened chicken in flour mixture untill completely coated. 6) Drop all 4 chicken pcs. into hot oil and close pressure cooker. When steam starts shooting through the pressure release, set timer for 3 1/2 min. 7) While chicken is cooking, spread a coating of melted butter on face of each bun. 8) When chicken is done, remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Place two pickles on each bottom bun; add a chicken breast, then the top bun.

Yield: 4 sandwiches

It is very important that oil be hot for this recipe. Test the temperature by dropping some of the flour coating into the oil. If it bubbles rapidly, your oil is probably hot enough. It should take abt. 20 min. to heat up.

To make a deluxe chicken sandwich, simply add two tomato slices and a leaf of lettuce. Mayonaise also goes well on this sandwich–it is a side order at the restaurant.

I’m still searching for the right recipe for you!

I found one:

Chick-Fil-A Nuggets

Recipe By: Liz
Categories: Chicken/Poultry/Eggs

3 cups Peanut Oil
1 egg
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup soy flour – or almond
2 1/2 teaspoons splenda
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp salt
2 chicken breasts without skin –
boneless, cut in bite sized pieces

  1. Combine cream and egg. Place nuggets in this mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  2. While the above is sitting, mix together the flour, AS, salt and pepper.

  3. When ready, dredge the nuggets in the flour mixture. (The recipe also says you can then put the chicken back into the cream mixture and redredge in the flour).

  4. Place the peanut oil in a deep fat fryer (or large pot) and heat to about 375 degrees. Place the nuggets in the oil once hot and cook til done (about 5-6 minutes).

  5. Enjoy.

Makes 5-6 very large servings of nuggets.

Note: Chick Fil A uses a pressure cooker to make these and if you have one they will probably be really good and juicy. To use the pressure cooker, heat the peanut oil according to directions (about 400 degrees). Once steam starts shooting through, cook for about 4 minutes.

Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich

Note- This was written by someone as a recipe they found comparable to Chick-Fil-A. As their lawyers have reminded me- Chick-Fil_A does not share their recipe and this is not THE recipe*
3 cups Peanut oil
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
2-1/2 Teaspoons Powdered sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
4 Plain hamburger buns
2 Tablespoons Melted butter
8 Dill pickle slices

Mix together the egg and milk. Place the filets in this mixture, and let
sit for at least an hour.
While the breasts are sitting, mix together the Flour, Sugar, Pepper, and
Once the sitting is done, dredge in the flour. (For ourselves and our
favourite customers, after the first dredging, we would put them back in the
milk bath for a few seconds, and re-dredge! This is not company policy,
Place the Peanut oil in a deep fat fryer, and bring up to a high heat.
Once up to 375 F., gently drop into the oil, and let cook until golden
brown. (This is for those of us who do not have a pressure cooker. If you
do, follow the note below!)

Note: Chick-Fil-A actually uses a Pressure Cooker to cook the Filets in. If
you have one, use the peanut oil according to the instructions for frying in
it. Desired heat is 400 F. Once steam starts shooting through, cook for
about 4 Minutes.
Lightly butter the buns, and grill until heated through. Place two
pickles on each bun, and place a hot breast on each!
Servings: 4
