Hi! I registered awhile back, but haven’t returned in a while and can’t remember if I introduced myself… so here I am! 
I also have a question. A friend of mine, several years ago, had some resource that she found where she would make a week’s worth of dinners in advance and freeze them to be pulled out and cooked on the spot. I’m no longer in touch with her, so I can’t find out more about it.
Has anyone heard of this? It was not a matter of simply freezing favorite recipes, it was some sort of program that she was following. If you have any idea what I’m talking about, I’d love to hear from you.
