"New" Brownies

“New” Brownies

Ingredients:

egg whites - 4
salt - 1/4 tsp
sugar - 1 cup
vanilla - 1 tsp
chocolate wafer cookies crumbs - 1 cup
walnuts, roughly chopped - 1/2 cup

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, beat egg whites and salt with rotary mixer or wire whisk until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar until peaks are glossy. Beat in vanilla.

  2. Fold in cookie crumbs and walnuts. Pour mixture into a nonstick pie pan and carefully level mixture with spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.
