New, But Tried and True Chicken for Dinner

I would like to know if anyone has a kid friendly Chicken recipe for my dinner tonight. My family loves my Parmesean Chicken and Captain’s Chicken, but I’m getting so tired of those two. I’d like to try something new and yummy with common household ingriendients (I do NOT want to run to the store to by Shallots or Endive or Fish Sauce!!!)

You could try using half potato flakes and bread crumbs (add spices of your choice) Dip tenders or breast cut in strips in lightly beaten egg white then in crumb mixture. Bake 400 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes depending on size of chunks. Crispy, low fat and delicious

My favorite recipe for chicken breasts is with
bar-b-que sauce. Place slices of jack cheese on
boneless chicken breasts, add cooked bacon slices and
top with your favorite bar-b-que sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes.
We also like to use Taco Bell sauce mixed with Pace
Picante sauce. Place jack cheese on chicken and
top with sauce. (Not sure if they have Taco Bell Restaurants in Texas)

Mandarin Orange Chicken
Mix together and set aside l/2 cup orange juice
l/4 cup orange marmalade
2 T honey mustard
l/4 tsp crushed rosemary
4 boneless, skinnless chicken breast halves flattened to l/4 inch
4 T flour, pinch salt and pepper
l can mandarin oranges, drained

Dip flattened chicken in flour mixture, shake off excess. Brown quickly on both sides. Add orange mixture, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes. Top with drained oranges and heat thru. Serve with rice. Delicious and really easy and fast
