This has been a favorite for every meal we used to get together. Easy to make, can be changed to fit personal likes easily.

1c. sour cream
1c. mandarin oranges
1c. pineapple chunks
1c. mini marshmellows
1c. pecans

Mix together, chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to mix and thicken up.

I have put in coconut before and it is good.

Love that salad, too. always quick and a crowd pleaser…Superchef1:D

I have also put in cool whip instead of sour cream for a more deserty twist

I would like to say “Hello! to everyone out there.” This is my first time posting. May we all have many Blessed days. I have to agree that this is a very good dish. Thank you!

A friend of mine is searching for P.F. Chang’s Kung Pao Chicken recipe. Does anyone have it? I saw a posting for P.F. Chang’s Kung Pao Shrimp, but it didn’t explain ingredients in the kung pao sauce.

I have read Ron’s e-mails for about a year or so. I finally decided to get more into this recipies. I too am a young senior and can not wait to retire to so I can get into the kitchen and expierment more with these recipies. Our family made a family favorite cookbook, and that was our gift to each other. I have a wonderful family. When I can spend more time I will share some of our recipies.

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I’m sure I’ll enjoy being among all these great cooks! Thanks for the PF Chang’s Kung Pao chicken, I’ll definitely be making that soon!

I’m very new to Forums so I hope I’m not out of bounds here. Not everyone is posting about the salad to I guess other subjects can apply. My Mother’s side are French Canadian’s and used to make a special ‘meat pie’ for Christmas. Delicious! Anyone know anything about it? Like the Recipe, maybe?
