Hey! Hows it going with everyone?
I’m new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I live in California and I really enjoy baking when I have time. I’m not that experienced though…I’m making a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving, so I’m excited to try it out. Anyone trying to bake something different this year?

I got a report that some one was having trouble with their syrup in their BAKLAVA. It must have been from another site, but as long as I am here if there is anyone reading this and is thinking about trying their hand at baklava send me a line and I’ll see if maybe we can help.
The weather here in Minneapolis is awsome. No wind and about 40 degrees.

My wife is really the “expert” in the kitchen, and a great food detective. Not so with the computer, that I can do.
