I have been working on finding a recipe for the Perkins Cranberry Nut muffins and have tried many of the ones I have found online and none of them have been right so invented my own which I will post to an existing thread on this site. I’m actually pretty proud of myself because I am not a natural cook, however this recipe that I created by trial and error is super easy. It takes less than 10 min of prep time, and has a equally minimal clean up time.
