Hi I’m bil. Not really a cook or a chef, but I like to cook. I know New Mexican cooking frontwards and backwards am known around my parts as being somewhat notorious for things like sourdough pancakes and chokecherry BBQ sauce. If it’s got tortillas or chile, I’ve probably done 10 variations on it. 
I really just here though cause I think cooking different things is fun!
Now, I’ll bow back and stay out of trouble.
