I am new to the site also. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook/bake. I can spend literally HOURS in my kitchen baking. Sunday I did iced oatmeal cookies, nutella cheese cake, and brownies. Not only that, but dinner…sauced chicken, rolls…man I love to cook. I NEVER use box mixes…cakes, nothing!!! I make incredible moist MUFFINS.

I am new to this site as well. I have been trying to come up with different dinner items. Tonite is chicken, in some way. Hopefully, I can find a great recipe for a 4lb bird. I can not grill out like I usually do, the snow keeps me from during this. Any suggestions?

Glad to be part of such a great site for recipes. As you can see I’m new to the site and have already spent about 2 hours reading the posts. Look forward to some great recipes.
