New Today and have lost weight using HCG recently.

Ran across this site while looking for HCG diet protocol recipes today. Looking forward to tearing up the kitchen with some of these great recipes in a couple of weeks when I’m finished with the protocol.

Is there a collection of recipes out there that are NOT low fat? - Looking for some “real food” recipes with whole grains, vegetables, cooking with coconut oil etc. Don’t get the wrong idea - I’m a junk food junkie so will be making some desserts but wondering what else any of you may have.
