I just tried this great recipe from ‘allrecipes.com’ for a new york cheese cake. unfortunately it calles for a 9" springform pan and si too big. i want to make two 6" cakes from this recipe so i can share it at work. it calls for 70 minutes in the oven and want to know how do i adjust the cooking time for the 2 cakes or if i need to.
