Newbie To This Forum

Hi All,

Just saying hello. First time here…just discovered this site this morning.

I’ve been cooking since age 15…been to Culinary School…didn’t finish, had to work.

Worked as a line cook, sous chef, executive chef and food & beverage manager at an international airport.

I live with my wife and 2 dogs in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

The temperature right now is 103 degrees, its 4:30 p.m.

Will be tuning in regularly and hoping to add content.
